TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. LEGAL STATUSThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Club Vegas social casino app (the "App"). The App is provided by Bagelcode, a company incorporated under the laws of South Korea.

2. REGISTRATION AND LOGIN PROCESSTo access the App, you must download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. You do not need to create an account or undergo any formal registration process. However, if you choose to connect your Facebook account, we may award additional virtual coins as a welcome bonus.

3. GAMES AND SOFTWARE PROVIDERSThe App offers various social casino games, including slots and mini-games such as poker, blackjack, bingo, and keno. The games are developed by Bagelcode in-house and are not licensed by any regulatory bodies.

4. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONSWe may award virtual coins or other rewards to users who launch the App for the first time or complete certain actions within the App. These rewards do not represent real money and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify, cancel or suspend these promotions at any time.

5. VIP AND/OR LOYALTY PROGRAMWe operate a loyalty program that awards higher virtual coin bonuses and other benefits to users who participate in events, clubs, and tournaments within the App. The specific terms of this program are subject to change and may be modified without notice.

6. PAYMENT METHODS AND BANKING TERMSThe App does not accept real money deposits or withdrawals. However, you can purchase virtual coin packages using Google Play billing. In-app purchases are instant but may incur standard app store fees.

7. KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese Terms apply to your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements between us. You agree that any access to the App is subject to these Terms and that we reserve the right to modify or terminate them at any time without notice.

8. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING FEATURESThe App is intended for adult users only (aged 18 years or older). We do not offer real money gambling games, but rather social casino games designed for entertainment purposes only. The App includes features that restrict access based on your account settings and parental controls available through the app store.

9. MOBILE AND TECHNICAL FEATURESThe App is available for download from Google Play and the Apple App Store in English (and other languages as may be supported). We strive to ensure that the App operates smoothly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or access to all features.

10. SECURITY AND FAIR PLAYWe take data security seriously and implement industry-standard encryption measures to protect user information during transmission. However, we do not have independent audits of our Random Number Generators (RNGs) at this time.

11. CUSTOMER SUPPORTYou can contact us with any questions or concerns using the in-app messaging system.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with South Korean law, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a neutral third-party service provider, in accordance with the rules and procedures of that service provider.
